Students referred to ELS Education will benefit from:

 

• Effective assessment and identification of  needs leading to clear and realistic plans with baselines against which to measure progress

 

• Experienced Teachers with skills in guidance and counselling to providing an emotional container whilst addressing academic attainment,

 

• A bespoke curriculum addressing individual needs - to include an appropriate and challenging core of English, Maths, Science and PSCHE. Additional  Vocational or Academic subjects provided according to need

 

• An Adult environment within a Business Centre conducive to learning.

 

• Small classes of 4, providing a safe, supportive and nurturing environment

 

• Close partnership work with families, schools, and other agencies to ensure a holistic approach.

 

• Reintegrating into mainstream schooling, further education, training or employment when he or she is ready

 

 

The ultimate goal of this work is to help these young people achieve all that they are capable of in their studies and  prepare them to be effective members of society.
